Leslie Leong is a Northern Canadian artist, remaker, recycler and recovering Engineer. An inquisitive nature results in non-traditional techniques and use of unorthodox materials, like post-consumer garbage and recyclables.

She recently reframed her issue-based art practice with a less dire perspective on our planet’s future.

With self-diagnosed Artist ADD, she strives to limit her obsessive drive to mixed media, print making, jewellery smithing and ceramics, though she can’t help making photographs when a stunning scene presents itself, which occurs daily.
